The following information contains the rules and regulations we have put for the clients to read and be agreed between both parties before booking the trip.
All taxes are included apart from Airport arrival and departure taxes, tips and other gratuities for the crews and other personal items purchase.
For the booking and reservations will be confirmed by a 20% deposit paid 2 (two) months before the arrival date and the balance paid one week (7days if by bank transfer) before the arrival date or pay cash on arrival.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW FEE:
As far as the client book and then cancel the booking within one week (2 to 7days) a 20% charge fee will apply and the money will be deducted from the 20% deposit paid. Early cancellation more than 1 week notification is not charged any fee even any deposit paid is refundable and will be deducted from the group on the final payment. If a client book and cancel but a new client book in, that booking is transferable and no fees is charged.
In case of any occasion where the trip get floated due to an avoidable reasons caused by National or Natural Disasters or such kind of incident we will consider the period occurred and refund part of the money less the nontransferable cost. The balance will be transferred to another trip or transferred back through the bank account.
The company and its agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to tours. The company is liability to passenger is dictated by the appropriate law of the country in which tour takes place. However, the company accepts no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delay, loss or damages from any cause what so ever. Every effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary.
All expeditions involve an element of personal risk and can be of hazards nature. Every participant must accept this risk. We are not liable of any loss, damage, delay or inconvenience caused to you or your baggage as a result, directly, indirectly or any matter whatever nature which is beyond our control. All participants are advised to take an insurance policy to cover personal accident and medical expenses.
VALUABLES: Keep valuables with you safe all the time. Safety deposit facilities are available at most accommodations (Hotels and Lodges).
Health:Malaria tables and Certificate of Yellow fever vaccines are recommended to all travelers.
It is advisable for the clients to consult their doctors for their medical awareness and give information to the group leader and guides for closer attention. Also to have proper medics in case of people with long term health consultations.
Most payments are quoted in US Dollars and you can ask other foreign currencies acceptable in different countries. Credit cards are also acceptable and you expect a surcharge of up to 5%. ATM machines are available in most banks but give local currencies.
Rescue services are organized 24hrs. with assistance by the National Park team. It is advisable to report the incident early in order for conducting the rescue services. We advice the clients to pass information before the problem get to a serious stage. Some rescue does not involve Helicopter evacuation and that can be organized with assistance from the travel agency, Park and the clients or their insurance agencies.
Clients are advised to bring the proper equipment and they can enquier for assistance from our staff handling the booking.The following is the list of equipment:
Sleeping bags, rucksack, hiking boots, flashlight (torch) with extra batteries, warm , Balaclava (woolen hat), several pairs of warm socks, a pair of gloves , water proof trousers, (rain coat, freezer or warm sweater(s), water-bottle1.5 liters, walking sticks, light toiletry articles (personal items),
This is a part of appreciation you give to the crews and is not a must but it depends on the number of crew and the service from $10 - 25 per serviceman per day based on whether you served as a porter, cook or a guide.
